02. Exact Data We Collect
We collect only the minimum information necessary to host competitive tournaments, verify players, and calculate leaderboard standings:
Account Credentials: Username, email address, salted and hashed passwords (for email signups), or your verified Google Profile ID, name, email address, and avatar image (when using Google Sign-In).
Gaming Identifiers: In-Game Name (IGN), official publisher Player Game UID (for Free Fire, BGMI, Valorant, Mobile Legends), current competitive tier, and game stats required for match verification.
Squad & Roster Information: Squad name, tag, clan emblem, captain contact information (WhatsApp/Email for match room delivery), and roster member IGNs.
Tournament & Gameplay Data: Match registrations, check-in timestamps, tournament bracket placement, match scores, and Combat Points (CP) awarded by tournament marshals.
Arena Chat: Messages sent in real-time match lobbies and global arena chat, along with associated timestamps and usernames.
Technical & Analytical Telemetry: Device type, browser user agent, IP address, referral source, and anonymized user actions tracked via Google Analytics 4 (Measurement ID G-XXXXXXXXXX).
03. How We Use Your Information
We use your data solely for the following platform purposes:
Verifying player identities with game server APIs to prevent smurfing, account sharing, and unauthorized tournament entries.
Generating tournament brackets, lobby room IDs, passwords, and sending match schedules to team captains.
Maintaining accurate leaderboards, seasonal standings, and Combat Points (CP) progression.
Preventing spam and DDoS attacks through server-side rate limiting and invisible honeypot verification.
Analyzing aggregated site traffic and performance through Google Analytics 4 with user consent.
